Interaction options with NetLocker
NetLocker enables operation via a browser-based web client, which is easily accessible thanks to single sign-on. In addition, mobile apps facilitate specific actions such as handing over mail or opening compartments. Intuitive displays on the locker systems themselves as well as interfaces for third-party applications, which allow integration into in-house ticket systems, for example, significantly increase the flexibility and adaptability of NetLocker.

NetLocker is characterized by a minimally invasive implementation that is regularly classified as “low risk” by information security departments. No drivers or other software are installed on customer computers.

Operation in the web browser
No software installation on your systems. All functions, including the registration peripherals, are used via your web browser.
Internet connection is sufficient
An Internet-capable Ethernet connection is sufficient, no firewall adjustments necessary (only port 443 outgoing), optional LTE/5G.
Maintenance-free for you
All software systems are maintained and kept up to date by us. Your IT doesn’t have to worry about anything.
Single sign-on
No passwords required! The login to NetLocker takes place via single sign-on, either via SAML2 or OIDC.
Personnel master import
Your personnel master data (name, e-mail, RFID card number) can be imported automatically (optional).
RFID integration
The company ID card can be integrated for logging in to the locker systems (optional). Alternatively, you can log in using a QR code.
Standard integrations
NetLocker supports RFID technologies as standard. In addition, access to our web-based application interfaces ensures straightforward handling through single sign-on (SSO). Employee data, including department and location details, can be easily integrated into the system to ensure an optimized user experience.
Third party integrations / API with NetLocker
NetLocker enables the easy integration of third-party systems thanks to a comprehensive API. A seamless connection to ERP systems or ticket systems is guaranteed. Integrated accessories for NetLocker
Our Mailroom Kit, a central element of NetLocker, includes a cloud connector that enables the lockers to be used without any software installation on customer computers. The kit also includes a label printer that is specially designed for printing in-house labels. These labels facilitate the seamless tracking of mail items on their way through the company to the final recipient by providing important information and status updates.
